Refund policy
If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. If you return part of the order, you will only be refunded for the returned items.
Can you return an item after use?
If the item has been used and has decreased in value as a result, you are responsible for the depreciation.
Return Procedure:
Here’s how to return products to ZaravFashion:
- To ensure smooth processing of your return, we recommend contacting info@zaravfashion.nl directly. A return label will be created for you and sent as soon as possible.
- On the packing slip, indicate which item(s) you are returning and how many. Place the packing slip inside the package.
- Returns must be submitted in sealed packaging. Attach the return label to the box or envelope. You can then drop off your return at the nearest PostNL location at your own expense.
