Delivery

Once you have placed an order with us, we will process your purchase with the utmost care. zaravfashion, located in Eindhoven, will receive a confirmation immediately after your purchase. zaravfashion will then send your ordered products to you.

If your delivered purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact us. A return form will be created, and you will have the option to return the products to zaravfashion at your own expense. More information about the return process can be found under returns.

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day with PostNL. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM and during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 

On the business day of shipment, an email will be sent containing the tracking code(s) and contents of the package/order. These tracking codes can also be found in the order history of the account. This tracking is always leading. The delivery time may vary depending on the size of the package. In the Netherlands, packages are usually delivered the next business day after shipment.

Shipping costs

We apply the following delivery rates via PostNL:

The Netherlands: €6.35 - €7.45

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €100.
