Delivery
Once you have placed an order with us, we will process your purchase with the utmost accuracy. zaravfashion, located in Eindhoven, will receive a confirmation immediately after your purchase. Zaravfashion will then send your ordered products to you.
If your purchased purchase is not satisfactory, you can contact us. A returns form will be created and you have the option to return the products to zaravfashion at your own expense. More information about the returns process can be found under returns.
Business orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same working day with DHL's business network. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM and during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If the delivery address is a residential address, the package will be transferred to DHL's private network. Delivery to business delivery addresses takes place from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM; DHL does not provide a more specific time indication.
An email will be sent on the working day of shipment containing the tracking code(s) and contents of the package/order. These tracking codes can also be found in the order history of the account. This tracking is always leading. The delivery time may differ depending on the size of the package. In the Netherlands, packages are usually delivered the next working day after shipment.

How big is the package?
Envelope: < 38 x 26 x 3.2 cm
Small: < 120 x 60 x 50 cm (maximum 20 kg)
We pack and ship our orders with the utmost care. This may prevent small items from being packaged and shipped separately from large items. This can lead to higher shipping costs because in this case the orders are automatically split in our warehouse. The final shipping costs for your order will be clearly stated in the final step of your order.
