Return and Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item. To register a return, please do so via your account at https://account.zaravfashion.nl.

Returns can be registered through your account at https://account.zaravfashion.nl. If you haven't created an account, the return can be registered by sending an email to info@zaravfashion.nl, stating your order number. Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt. After registration, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and price tags still attached. If possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Hygiene products with a broken seal cannot be returned. Earrings are excluded from return for hygiene reasons. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. The risk of the return shipment lies with you until the package has been received by us.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the case of a full return of the order, the standard shipping costs of the initial shipment will also be refunded. Any additional costs for a faster or more expensive delivery option will not be reimbursed.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
